Sushi Gets Sustainable
On October 22, our Seafood Watch program launches a new tool for sushi lovers. Our wallet-sized card will give consumers a guide to use at sushi restaurants, ranking each type of seafood on whether or not it’s sustainable.
Two other leading ocean conservation groups Blue Ocean Institute and Environmental Defense Fund launch similar guides the same day. We’ve collaborated with them to deliver a single message: Your sushi choices by consumers have an impact on the health of the ocean.
